Atlantic RFC Cross-Border Meeting in Irun–Hendaye Focuses on GSM-R, Works Coordination and Communication Tools
Rail Freight Corridor Atlantic held a meeting of the Cross-Border Operational Group (QCO) in Irun-Hendaye, gathering representatives from ADIF, SNCF Réseau, Infraestruturas de Portugal, RENFE Mercancías, SNCF Hexafret, Transfesa, APEF, and the Atlantic RFC team. The corridor also welcomed Portuguese colleagues as part of ongoing efforts to establish a similar WCO structure on the Spain-Portugal border.

Atlantic RFC Holds Joint Terminal & Railway Undertaking Advisory Groups Meeting
The Atlantic Corridor held its annual joint meeting of the Terminal Advisory Group (TAG) and Railway Undertakings Advisory Group (RAG) on 26 November 2025, gathering ports, terminals, railway undertakings, infrastructure managers and sector organisations.
Participants included AP Sines Algarve, Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP), ADIF, SNCF Réseau, DB Infra Go, Renfe Mercancías, UIC, Porto de Setúbal, Porto de Lisboa, KLOG, SPC SAPEC, ALSA, APEF - Associação Portuguesa de Empresas Ferroviárias, and many others, alongside RFC Atlantic Management Board.
