Second meeting of the Atlantic European Transport Corridor Forum

The second meeting of the Atlantic European Transport Corridor Forum will be the occasion for the Forum Members to update each other on the many activities and projects under development and implementation towards the completion of the Atlantic European Transport Corridor in the framework of the revised TEN-T policy and political priorities of the new Commission in the transport area. The Corridor consultants will illustrate the results of the ongoing Corridor studies, focussing on the planned investments and their expected impact; the proposed structure of the next generation work plans will be outlined. Progress in the measurement of the operational KPIs by the Corridor Rail Freight Governance will also be presented and discussed. The participants will also share the main takeaways from the Corridor events occurred since the last Corridor Forum meeting, and inform each other about the upcoming ones, continue discussing relevant aspects of the revised TEN-T policy and challenges/opportunities associated with its implementation.
