ENIM - A new chapter for European rail cooperation begins

Created under the EU Regulation on the use of railway capacity, ENIM brings together rail infrastructure managers and allocation bodies to strengthen coordination on capacity planning, traffic management and operational performance across Europe.

Key milestones from the meeting:
✅ ENIM officially launched
✅ Johann Pluy elected Chair
✅ Piotr Wyborski elected Vice-Chair
✅ RailNetEurope (RNE) appointed as Network Coordinator
✅ ENIM Work Programme and Consultation Guidelines endorsed for launch of sector consultations

Building on more than a decade of cooperation among European infrastructure managers, ENIM will contribute to a more efficient, connected and competitive railway network, supporting Europe's mobility and decarbonisation goals.
